Do you find computer simulations, detector testing, electronics design, data-analysis (EMMA- and C14 experiments) or outreach interesting?

We are looking for Bachelor (3rd year) and Master students of physics or of similar field of interested in experimental physics to join our team. We offer variety of tasks from theoretical simulations to hands on detector testing, even detector construction. Our group is located at the Pyhäsalmi Mine of Pyhäjärvi town. Your work would require partial presence at the Pyhäjärvi. Our other offices are located at the Universities of Oulu and Jyväskylä. Topics and work places are agreed on case by case bases.

 

Topics for research projects and thesises

Addition to trainee possibilities CUPP also provides topic for research projects mandatory in Master level studies. From these students can easily continue to their Master´s thesis, Diploma works or up to Doctoral
